How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with seawater, pool water, perfume, hand sanitizer, and solvents. Precious metal jewelry should be placed in a box whenever not in use to protect it from light and moisture. You can clean it to restore its shine with dish soap, fresh water, and a soft cloth.

Can my jewelry be repaired?

Of course, your jewelry can be returned to us for repairs in our Paris workshop. Contact us at contact@legionparis.com so we can discuss the repair process and cost together. We recommend not entrusting LEGION Paris jewelry to another jeweler who may not recognize its manufacturing method or lack experience with this particular type of product.

My black silver jewelry has lost its blackness, what can I do?

Black silver evolves. Depending on how often you wear your jewelry and the acidity of your skin, the blackness will fade in certain areas, revealing the shine of untreated silver. If you don't like this natural evolution, we can very easily restore its original oxidation. Please return it to our workshop and we will oxidize it as if you had just purchased it. However, shipping costs are at your expense and we will charge €15 for the new oxidation.

My black gold jewelry has lost its blackness, what can I do?

Since black gold is a surface treatment, it will evolve and fade in certain areas, revealing the shine of untreated white gold. If you don't like it, we can very easily restore its original dark color. Please return it to our workshop and we will blacken it as if you had just purchased it. However, you are responsible for shipping costs and we will charge €90 for the new black rhodium treatment. We strongly recommend avoiding seawater and swimming pools with black gold jewelry.

What kind of warranty do you offer or what if problems arise later?

We guarantee your jewelry for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any damage for which LEGION Paris is responsible but does not cover damage caused by the customer (shock, deformation, exposure to chemicals, etc.). However, we can repair it in all cases. In any case, if you encounter a problem, you should not entrust your LEGION Paris jewelry to another jeweler who may not be aware of the manufacturing secrets and could damage it during a repair attempt.

What is the quality of the diamonds set in LEGION Paris jewelry?

The diamonds we set are at least HSI quality (H color, SI clarity). This indicates that they are white, well-cut stones of good proportions with small inclusions invisible to the naked eye, which do not affect the color of the stone. They come from one of the most famous diamond dealers in Antwerp, Belgium, and are guaranteed conflict-free. You will always receive a GIA certificate with your diamond if it weighs more than 0.30 carats.
